Over the course of my training career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with hundreds of clients from all walks of life.

​

I’m a personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist and my passion is helping people achieve their goals. In my opinion, the key benefit to personal training is specificity. A one-size-fits-all approach to fitness results in problems all around – it’s very difficult accurately assess and identify your own strengths and weaknesses.

​

Athletes have coaches to monitor and tailor programming according to these strengths and weaknesses and there’s no reason why you can’t do the same! While training isn’t a necessity to pursue your fitness goals it can remove a lot of the headaches and bottlenecks that leave you spinning your wheels in or out of the gym.

​

I offer a range of options for all levels of experience and degrees of commitment.  No matter how you slice it, results take time and effort. There are no shortcuts to reaching your goals, but no matter what they are I believe I can help you.

Routines

I have developed pre-made routines tailored to common goals and optimized for quick and sustainable results, leaving no room for confusion.

Online Training

I offer several monthly online training packages.

All monthly memberships come with 24/7 access to text-based support from me to answer basic questions about form, programming, and alterations.

1-On-1 Sessions

This is reserved for a select few clients who feel they need the additional support or dedicated expertise of 1-on-1 video call supervised training sessions.

Slots are subject to availability.

Session duration is flexible but run on the assumption of about 1 hour of dedicated training.
